RAU-400 automatic straight seam welding machine is a fully automatic welding platform of resistance welding machine. After the plate stacking is completed, the plate cold bending, rounding, feeding and welding processes are all carried out automatically. Mainly used in home appliance manufacturing, chemical industry, food, ventilation and other industries with resistance welding requirements, it can perform reliable resistance welding on low carbon steel sheets below 1.0mm. The conductive electrode of the welding machine adopts Korean high-conductivity copper electrode material, which makes the current-to-heat conversion rate more efficient in high-speed welding.The welding machine is equipped with a variable low-frequency welding power source, which can be freely adjusted in the range of 100~300HZ, so as to meet the special needs of products with small overlap.
The equipment man-machine interface control, welding control unit and other aspects are all independently developed and designed, including the welding pressure and other important welding elements to fully realize the digital display of the man-machine interface.
